Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- In the same condition as when you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request” or “Exchange Request.”
- Provide Information: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for Instructions: We’ll email you within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging and ship to the address we provide.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Important: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
