Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Blade products (tennis racquet strings, cutting tools)
• Clay court maintenance products (clay compounds, treatments)
• Court resurfacing materials (paints, coatings, chemicals)
• Personal apparel (clothing, wearables)

These restrictions are due to hygiene concerns, safety considerations, and the specialized nature of these products which cannot be resold once opened.

3. Order and Payment Terms

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

Shipping

We ship globally but currently cannot deliver to some parts of Asia and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Free on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to orders as required by applicable law. The amount of tax will depend on your shipping destination.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without penalty, provided it hasn’t yet entered the shipping process. To cancel, please contact our customer service team immediately.

4. Returns and Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our tennis equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery date. Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Include your order number, items to return, and reason for return
3. Wait for instructions from our team
4. Securely package the item(s) in original packaging and ship to the address provided

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
